GDP perfoms litigation practices for the the interest of our local and overseas clients. Supported by our highly experienced lawyers, we settle various commercial disputes including but not limited to business, banking and finance, insurance, commercial contract, shareholders, investment, and other general corporate dispute through the District Courts, the High Courts and the Supreme Courts.

Criminal Litigation

We have experience in assisting and representing clients at the Constitutional Court for the purpose of reviewing constitutionality of the laws related to the interest of clients against the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.
