GDP performs litigation practices for the interest of our local and overseas clients. Supported by our highly experienced lawyers, we settle various commercial disputes including but not limited to business, banking and finance, insurance, commercial contract, shareholders, investment, and other general corporate dispute through the District Courts, the High Courts and the Supreme Courts.

Criminal Litigation

Those various industrial relations disputes will be handled by our experienced lawyers, starting from bipartite negotiations, non-binding mediations with the Ministry of Manpower and Industrial Court.

Construction

Over the last few years, the construction industry in Indonesia has risen exponentially. High-rise buildings and towers, refinery plants, industrial complexes, dams, power plants, roads and toll roads as well as tunnel bridges have been built at an impressive rate.

Our highly experience construction lawyers can work effectively with developers, financiers, contractors, architects, project managers and other consultants by assisting them with the preparation of construction documentation (construction contract and engineering procurement construction). We also serve contractors for claims relating to constructions including those made against the employers.

Constitutional Court

GDP is one amongst a relatively small number of law firms in Indonesia that offer its service to clients on legal issues within the jurisdiction of Constitutional Court. We have experience in assisting and representing clients at the Constitutional Court for the purpose of reviewing constitutionality of the laws related to the interest of clients against the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.
