GDP performs litigation practices for the interest of our local and overseas clients. Supported by our highly experienced lawyers, we settle various commercial disputes including but not limited to business, banking and finance, insurance, commercial contract, shareholders, investment, and other general corporate dispute through the District Courts, the High Courts and the Supreme Courts.

Criminal Litigation

GDP also has extensive experience in representing clients both from the side of employers and workers in handling various industrial relations disputes which consist of disputes over rights, disputes of interest, disputes over termination of employment and disputes between employers and worker unions.

Those various industrial relations disputes will be handled by our experienced lawyers, starting from bipartite negotiations, non-binding mediations with the Ministry of Manpower and Industrial Court.

Constitutional Court

GDP is one amongst a relatively small number of law firms in Indonesia that offer its service to clients on legal issues within the jurisdiction of Constitutional Court. We have experience in assisting and representing clients at the Constitutional Court for the purpose of reviewing constitutionality of the laws related to the interest of clients against the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.
